My background in some of the fastest-moving newsrooms has shaped the disciplined approach I bring to every project.

From the corridors of Whitehall in London, to foreign producer at Channel 10 News, to the airwaves of 2UE Sydney, to establishing a TV news bureau on the Gold Coast and now leading communication and engagement on major transport and infrastructure projects across Australia.

I've built my career helping organisations communicate clearly and engage early, even in the most complex of environments.

Along the way I've been privileged to work alongside exceptional engineers, project managers, and technical specialists. That's the company we keep at Grounded, and it shows in how we operate.

This consultancy was built on relationships. Grounded is boutique, built from the ground up and I am incredibly proud of it.
