Grounded Consulting delivers communication and engagement across a connected program of transport upgrades spanning Beenleigh, Belivah Creek, Tamborine, Logan Village and surrounding communities.

This is one of the fastest-growing corridors in the state, defined by growth, pressure and change.

Grounded’s project work spans business case, options analysis, design and construction phases across key projects, including the Beenleigh–Beaudesert Road upgrade at Belivah Creek and the recent construction of the Milne Street to Tallagandra Road upgrade at Beenleigh and Mount Warren Park.

Additional projects include the design phase of the Waterford–Tamborine Road upgrade from Anzac Avenue to Hotz Road at Logan Village, and broader network planning initiatives including wide-centre line road treatment projects.

Our focus has been on direct, place-based engagement, working closely with residents, businesses and landowners to navigate impacts, inform and maintain momentum.

The outcome is a consistent, on-the-ground engagement approach that builds trust, reduces risk and supports delivery in complex, high-growth environments.
