Grounded Consulting is engaged to lead on site community liaison (on behalf of the contractor) for the Bruce Highway upgrade between Dohles Rocks Road and Anzac Avenue.
Valued at $290M, the project improves safety, traffic flow and connectivity along a key section of the Bruce Highway corridor.
Engagement focuses on keeping communities informed, managing impacts, and supporting clear, consistent communication throughout delivery. This includes working closely with residents, businesses and directly affected property owners to navigate construction impacts and maintain trust.
The outcome is a proactive, transparent engagement program that supports construction delivery, reduces risk, and strengthens stakeholder confidence.
"People often arrive at community sessions with a particular point of view. That’s why early, meaningful engagement is so important - it helps build understanding, trust and better outcomes for everyone."
Kym Hatton, Team Leader, Grounded Consulting
