Transport Canberra engaged Managing Director Leona Luke to review and document engagement practices for the Canberra Light Rail Stage 2 project.
Leona led the development of a detailed engagement analysis report, capturing consultation activities and identifying opportunities to enhance stakeholder and community experience across the project.
Her work also included assisting in the facilitation of a senior management workshop to support collaboration and generate new approaches to engagement delivery.
In addition, Leona developed public-facing content for the project website and worked with a design studio to support the creation of a refreshed digital platform, integrating updated content and visual storytelling.
