Input into Climate Change Adaptation Plan development

Tweed Shire Council approached the project with a clear intent: to better understand local climate risk and embed community insight into future planning.

The work focused on translating complex climate data into meaningful, place-based dialogue.

Workshops in conjunction with Haskoning were designed to bring together community, stakeholders and internal teams to align on priorities for adaptation.

The outcome was a structured engagement program that informed the development of the Climate Change Adaptation Plan.

"The team brought clarity, expertise and a proactive attitude, helping Tweed Shire Council define climate adaptation priorities and engage key stakeholders across Council, the community and between other agencies."
