Our Managing Director continues to lead communication and engagement contractor-side for the preliminary and detailed design of Coomera Connector.
Leona initially led (contractor side) communication and engagement on Stage 1 South and focused on building understanding, managing impacts, and maintaining trust with communities, businesses and key stakeholders across a complex and evolving project footprint.
The work involved developing and implementing a comprehensive engagement and communications framework, ensuring accessible community-facing materials and facilitating ongoing dialogue with affected stakeholders.
The outcome was a coordinated, transparent engagement program that supported design development, informed decision-making, and strengthened community confidence.
Grounded Consulting is now working on Stage 2 during the design phase of the project between Coomera and Pimpama on behalf of the JV.
