The Department of Transport and Main Roads is delivering staged upgrades along the Mount Lindesay Highway to improve safety, capacity and connectivity across a rapidly growing corridor south of Brisbane.
Grounded Consulting has supported multiple stages of this program, providing continuity of communication and engagement across business case, design and construction phases.
Managing Director Leona Luke led community engagement contractor-side during the business case for the Mount Lindesay Highway upgrade at Jimboomba, shaping and delivering targeted strategies to support stakeholder understanding of upcoming project impacts, staging and delivery timeframes.
As the project progressed through to delivery, engagement focused on direct engagement with residents, businesses, landowners and key stakeholders, delivering consistent communication and responding to emerging issues.
