Grounded Consulting delivers communication and engagement across a suite of disaster recovery and reconstruction projects in south-east Queensland.

Several projects we have been involved in form part of the Southern Queensland 2022 flood recovery works and the 2021 Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements reconstruction projects.

Programs focus on restoring safe and reliable access for regional communities and businesses through the repair of roads, slopes, batters and drainage infrastructure following major flood and weather events.

Grounded provides a consistent, on-the-ground engagement presence across multiple sites, supporting clear communication, continuity of contact and responsive issue management throughout delivery.

We prioritise trust and transparency in highly sensitive recovery environments, ensuring affected stakeholders remain informed and supported as works progress.
