Grounded Consulting’s work with Transport for NSW engagment programs ranges from large-scale community feedback analysis to facilitated stakeholder engagement sessions on major projects.
Our work includes supporting the team at ID Planning. Grounded's Managing Director Leona Luke was tasked with working on a community feedback report capturing public sentiment, translating feedback into actionable insight, and supporting transport decision-making.
She also assisted in the facilitation of Bus Passenger Forums in Lismore and Murwillumbah as part of the NSW Bus Industry Taskforce, capturing lived experience and service priorities from regional communities.
In 2026, Grounded also played a support role for the NSW Road Safety Forum in Dubbo and Bathurst, bringing together national and international experts to examine road trauma trends and fatality reduction strategies.
